The techniques, which I am using, is Articles Submission, Book Marking, Blog Comments, Ads posting, yahoo answer and forums posting. However, I am not getting results as I want. Kindly guys suggest me What I have to do. I am very worried about it please share some tips. <snip />
Most of your strategy is spamming. Create minimal Quality links. Do not spam. Do interlinking . Check your on page . And do not link to site that is not related to your niche.
Try these following steps to improve your keyword ranking
- Social Bookmarking (High page rank sites only)
- Blog commenting
- Forum commenting
- Directory submission (High page rank directory)
Techniques You mentioned here is Not most useful Techniques. You can get Traffic alone from Article Submissions. As Google Updating search algorithm frequently, Web Masters allowing to place only no follow links in all submissions. Optimizing With no follow links is not at all possible. Find some different ways to get natural links. Do content submission on high authority sites. Create a quality content and provide much useful information in that.
Since the Google updates this year the techniques you’re using are have become less useful. High quality links are still an important part of the mix but chasing low quality ones is now probably a bad idea for most sites.

You don’t mention whether you’ve paid much attention to on site factors? These are very important. Make sure you’re doing keyword research then making sure those keywords are prominent but non-spammy in the pages of your site. There’s lot’s of advice on this but you need to make sure your keywords are at least in the title of your pages, in your H1’s etc.

Don’t focus on cookie cutter link generation techniques. Always ask yourself whether the link your posting is genuinely helpful to those reading your post, if not the readers (and Google) will probably think it’s spam and mark you down. If you’re unsure then don’t post it.

After Google’s updation, link building are very tough and keywords are getting down on SERP. Now first and foremost we have to analyzed the Onpage factors. Check whether they are properly corrected or not. Then check the keyword’s density, proximity etc. Google penalizes the websites using excessive keywords in their website. Google does not approved Spam keywords. Then we have to check the webpage content which is unique or relevant. After proper Onpage optimization, we have concentrate the Off page link building.
In Off page activities, we focuses on quality links .Mainly Guest blogging, article submission and promotion , forum posting are the main Off page activities. We can do Social Bookmarking, Directory submission, but before we have to check the domain authority and site value of these sites. After following few guidelines, we can good results on SERP.
Check the on-page of your site . Always post quality content and don’t do too many submissions. Submit only on high PR sites.
What you are doing are offpage SEO techniques. You should also do onpage SEO. Also, make sure that you submit relevant, fresh and unique articles to high PR sites and article directories. Google Authorship also helps. 
A successful SEO is a combination of proper On-page and Off-page optimization.

Now sure if you have focused on On-page which includes unique content, meta tags, meta title and description, alt tag, robot.txt, etc.
Once you are done with on-page. Start off-page with article submission, directory listing, link building, pr submission, blog commenting, social bookmarking, ad posting, (make sure to target your niche while posting anything anywhere)
If you follow this, you will get result.
Also, note that SEO will not bring instant result. It requires a hard work and based on competition for the keywords, it will take time to list your website on the top of the Google.
Dear as you are doing, I am also doing this thing but a strategy is also left, I mean Guest blogging . I hope , you will be familiar with this technique so try also this . It is very helpful technique and one thing more when you do the article and blog post then use the more words near about 700 to 1000 and put those in to the High pr article websites and then spread this content in more smo sites and make the community and discuss your idea about that content .Final make a more interesting Title if it goes wrong do not afraid by the way you write some wrong then you will have a chance to be corrected himself by commenting. write such as, users like completely or dislike also because both are correct.
