I would suggest you start by reading Google’s “Search Engine Optimization Starter Guide” and check that you’ve followed all the recommendations there.
Next, I suggest you read https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/66356?hl=en, which will explain that the various techniques you are using are more likely to be regarded as link schemes and cause you problems rather than gain you rank.
Links which you place yourself in this manner as regarded as all-but-worthless by search engines and will do you no good.

Assuming you mean forums posting, any half-decent forum - and SitePoint is well-decent - marks links as no-follow, so you are on a hiding to nothing posting to forums in order to get banklinks…

The same applies to decent directories, most social media, blog commenting and all the other places people Spam in the misguided quest for backlinks.

Well if you think your content is unique and of good quality and still not ranking then i guess you have not optimize your website properly.
You need to figure out proper strategies to work upon.Initially you should work on ONpage SEO factors like meta title,urls,description,internal linking etc.
Follow good SEO practices and use target specific keywords which accurately define the website you are promoting…
- Follow the blog which is related to seo basic concept and strategies.
- Do bookmarking, blog commenting, guest posting, image sharing, Hub pages, Get reviews and likes for your page, business listing. and many more.
Unfortunately, there are many, many blogs out there which are related to SEO and offer very poor advice. Be extremely careful which sources you choose to follow, and always check that their advice doesn’t contradict the search engines’ own guidelines.

There is a myth that continually making small changes to your site somehow improves search engine ranking. It doesn’t. Work at things which need changed, but don’t waste your time making changes for the sake of it.
Work on the content of your site, which is the most important factor in ranking. In particular, if you are targeting an English-speaking audience, ensure that the site is written in good, grammatically-correct English.
