I am just looking to make a website to post audio and video and some text along the video and audio, and I was wondering if there is free web hosting services or a very cheap one that you might suggest me for this kind of website?

There are many free host out there but they will put there ads on your site or will have certain restrictions to force you to move to paid hosting.
So its always better to go for paid hosting and get hosting as per your requirement.
Host the website on a cheap web host around $50 or above.
You can host the audio/video part on youtube for free and host the rest on a cheap web host, find a web host offering promotions for new customers I’ve seen some as cheap as $10-30 for the first year with coupons.
I suppose the web hosting solution will be quite expensive for your kind of content which you are going to host.

Free hosting for your type of products/services may not work. It is always better to get a paid hosting than free hosting. Paid hosting can offer you more features that are not available in free hosting. And you are in total control of your content. Unlike in free hosting, some unwanted advertisements are placed on your site which you don’t have control of.
I’m afraid the stuff which you are going to host is not for free web hosting. Assuming you have low requirements I can recommend you have a look over various low end VPS solutions instead
I agree with felgall. You’re going to need a dedicated server or at least a VPS. It’s generally not a good idea to look for the “cheapest” host, especially due to the nature of the site you wish to host.

For as site hosting video you will probably need dedicated hosting. You might manage to get away with VPS hosting if you don’t get too many visitors. The cheapest you are likely to find will be about $50 per month.
