I want to know what is google sand box
If Sandbox means the same on Google as on Paypal it is a test platform to test a on line payment system without making actual transactions
I disagree with u. Sandbox meaning is very different for paypal and google.
For Paypal you are correct.
But for google it is a term referring penalization of a website by google for different reason. It is a virtual term whose existence is debatable. Nobody knows for sure if there is such thing as sandbox effect in google but many of the webmasters believe that when a website is kept under observation and removed from index temporarily it is in google sandbox.

What you are referring to as being Google’s sandbox is a myth used as an excuse by crap SEO’s who can not get their useless sites ranked.
It is not a myth, but it is not well determined how it works, simply because we don’t know how G algorithms work.
What people started calling the google sandbox started around 2004 when google decided to give less importance to new sites that were popping up like daisies every day, some with good content, some with junk content. And this lower importance meant that your site would not appear on SERPS maybe during a whole year.
However, so called “SEO experts” soon realized that buying links from high PR sites, would help them get their, newly created, sites get crawled by googlebot fast, and that is when companies selling links started popping up as well.
Then, other “SEO experts” who did not want to pay for links figured they could use blogs to get crawled fast, and started using scripts like RSS2BLOG to blog and ping and appear fast on G. These seo experts would flood blogger blogs and wordpress blogs with crap content to get links to their sites, but then G outsmarted them with the nofollow tag.
So, to sum up Sandbox did exist/does exist, how it works exactly only Page and Bryn know. But, your site would take a long time to appear on SERPS, and webmasters got desperate and took other measures.
I have never had a site sandboxed. Its still a myth as far as I am concerned and an excuse used by crap SEO’s with useless sites to explain their poor rankings.
Yes, Google did have a SERPs “sandbox” cica 2003-4, but that they stopped using that a year or two later. The legacy of that time still continues as crap SEO’s need the excuse for poor rankings.
Your first sentence says it is a myth, your second sentence says that it existed, make up your mind.
