Is there is any tool available to identify whether the web page is in sand box or not?
If it’s surrounded by sand and a bucket and spade and plastic toy cars and little children then it’s in a sandbox. Otherwise probably not…
What do you mean by “sand box”?
I think, If your website is in sand box, it will get disappear from SERP.
If you cannot find your site in a search, not even by using advance search site:yoursitename.com and you are using webmaster tools and not getting a site ban notice then you can be sure that your site is in a sand box.
A sand box is a term used by SEO experts when a temporary ban is imposed in a site by a search engine. It usually happens to newer domain which are rising too fast in ranking. You can witness a very good spell of rise in search listing just before completely shut off from the said SE.
You can use this tool to see if your site is in a sandbox. I don’t know for sure how effective the tool is but is recommended to me by a friend but I never used it.

Simple…If you have lost all SERP of your keywords suddenly then your website is in sand box.Google will not show index pages.
as the google sandbox is a myth, then its not possible to determine that you are int it.
The sandbox is just an excuse made up by webmasters who have crap sites that they can’t rank.
Here is a list of tools, there is a tool to tell whether your site has been banned by Google. There is also a tool to tell if Google have penalised your website with penalty.
Care to explain why your crap tool is showing a severe penalty for google.co.uk?
There is no such tool available to check whether the web page is in sandbox or not.
the websites that are in sandbox will not appear in search engine result pages, and second that such websites are not crawled regularly.
