What are the ways of earning from a website?

I want to know the different ways of earning through a site.

I know some but I want to know all other viable options too.

  1. By putting some advertisement such as Adsense etc
  2. By selling products and services(e-commerce).
  3. Using WDSL services.

Please add your suggestions and put your valuable advice here.

Look for combinations of several. For example,
sell your own product and be an affiliate
for others at the same time.

I would recommend that you NOT mix adsense
with other product sales or affiliates sales sites
as adsense will only suck your visitors away
for low value compared to what youwould earn
making a sale.

I would add a point of placing some useful files and hosting them at some file hosting service with PayPer download affiliate program. There are lots of them, you just need to pick up the highest paying one. Good luck!

Maybe you can participate in some affiliate programs

No-one mentioned subscription based services, tiered levels of functionality (based on payment) or premium level support (with free goods and services). :slight_smile:

I think the most profitable way is to build a list or loyal following and create your own product to sell to that list.
