What are my liabilities by placing googleAdSense and affiliate programs on my webs

I spent hours reading articles on this forum and learned a lot. Thanks.

I am working on to create a personal website.
My questions: if I place googleAdSense and affiliate programs on my website ( I own the domain name ) . What are my liabilities by placing googleAdSense and affiliate programs on my website

1- Do I need any sale permit ?
2- Do I need to have a LLC ( limited Liability Corp ) ?

No Kyle. All you have to do is put a one page disclaimer and that disclaimer does not necessarily need to be on each page. Just like for example, “the about page”, you only need to only have one

Do I put this disclaimer message on the main page only ? If I put this disclaimer message on every page that has Google Adsense, it would be too much. What do you think ?

You can put a disclaimer on your site that you are not responsible for the products the adds are marketing and users should use it on there own risk.

Definitely not. You don’t need anything rather than an website or a blog and content to get started with Adsense or other ad networks.

This isn’t a brick and mortar business so literally don’t need anything to get started.

I understand that all I need is a website or a blog to start.

Am I liable for any of the advertisements, such as miss-advertisements , or the advertised deals went bad ?
