I don’t know why this web www.qinsen.com is very slowly.
I check alexa.com for qinsen.com found it show visit speed very slowly.
I want to know whether it is right?I use bluehost now.last time I used IXWebhosting.
all show more slowly (from alexa.com)

Interesting. I didn’t find this site to be slow at all. GTmetrix measured the load time at under 3 seconds.
Maybe its related to location. Usually there are network difficulties or it may be caused by location.
Loads up fast for me here in CA.

Why not switch hosts? You can try Hostpolar.com - I’m sure they’ll fix your loading problems.
I just change host this year since the speed of IXW is sometime very slow or sometime down last year.
Loads good for me as well. I believe that the speed related issues might be caused not only by your host but your ISP as well.
I wonder if other sites the same slow on your end?
