I have checked your web site and that loads pretty fast on my end.
Took about 3 seconds to load for me. Not bad given that I’m in Europe. On the other hand, the page is pretty simple, and doesn’t load a lot of files.
In my experience, Lunarpages tend to have uptime issues, but isn’t a terrible host when it comes to server performance.
Your site tends to load in about 2 seconds or so for me on average without cache:

One thing that would speed it up is to fix that “404” missing file by either uploading the file or removing it’s reference.
