I am a web designer who knows how to optimise websites but can’t be bothered with link building, etc.
I’d like to outsource such services and be able to put a mark up on them.
Anyone in a similar situation can recommend a few options ?

I have the clients… I am looking for people to outsource to
you can hunt for some prospect clients thru web related forums…
then try freelance sites or the marketplace here on sitepoint (since you are looking for people/individuals and not for a company). But chose them wisely…try to interview them first and check their background knowledge on link building, you don’t want some seo wannabe to hunt links on adult sites for your web design website…
