Using Plesk for the first time and totally lost

Hello guys,

I am using Plesk and I would like to create an email address. I did it, it said that email wouldn’t be delivered because email addy wasn’t an auto-respond, a mailbox or whatever.

Some insights? How can I simply create an email addy?

When I click the “Add New Mail Name” icon, I alwas get this as the title of the mailbox options:

Mailbox (maximum number of mailboxes has been reached.)

But I haven’t created any email addresses (or mailbox) yet. What did I miss?

Plesk has a “Limits” setting for each domain. When you log into Plesk click on the domain name you’re addressing, then look for and click on the LIMITS icon. You’ll be able to set the number of email addresses and various other things. Unlimited is usually fine on domains you only have access to.
