Hi, i was using google apps to be able to create lots of domains quick and easy for my site / users but they only allow up to 50.

Is there any service out there that lets me create unlimited email accounts using my own domain accessible through a web interface, no need for pop or any of that.

Please let me know thank you, and something simple as well

Not much is impossible. There are dedicated email servers that can have an unlimited number of accounts and can send massive bulk emails. Costs money, but possible.

Or are you talking about creating an unlimited number of subdomains 1 per email address? Maybe WPMU?
