I was going to come here and say you should have bought a Mac… but…
I want to say that you install a new software for DVD burning and try to burn and if it is not burn then you change DVD writer.
If it’s new and the recorder doesn’t work anymore take it on complaints as soon as it possible
What is the “DVD burning software”?
Are you attempting to record something that is protected by DRM?
Why don’t you just call customer care service & ask them ! They would surely solve your problem !
