I saw Escrow got a limit of $5,000?

Any suggestions/ideas?

That escrow limit is, I suspect, only if you’re paying with a credit card and not for bank transfers.

I have recommended that you stay away from escrow companies and use a lawyer instead.

If you buy it with your credit card and something goes wrong with the transaction you can dispute the credit card transaction with your bank.

Your bank will then re-imburse your credit card.
