Yes you will if you are doing it naturally. You can submit some authority sites to increase your site importance and bring you more traffic.
Yeah you can, but don’t expect to get a lot of traffic unless you do something like hit the first page of Digg.com - Social bookmarking is a great way to build some backlinks as well as bring in some traffic, but like I said, don’t expect a lot of traffic.
Yes, bookmarking sites can prove very beneficial for your sites. I was reading in this article that Articles / websites voted up to the frontpage usually receive a great deal of traffic and can easily see over 10,000 visitors within the span of a day.
