Site runs slow in IE

hi guys,
I’m confused a lot that what is the cause of running my site slow
here it is

scroll down and u will see content moves so slow …
this behavior is just in IE … other browsers are fine …

I think, resize script I’m using is causing it … I removed it and run the site and It worked fine but I have to use that script …and make this working …

any ideas ?

I just saw the site in all modern browsers(incl IE8). I didn’t find your site running slow(whatever you mean with that?) Are there any browsers in particular you’re referring too?

see the site in IE7 … when u scroll down the right bar, you will see the content of the site moves slow … menu moves slow …
