Site Scrolling Slow

Hi everyone,
My site it seems to scroll up and down differently on certain computers. Can you please tell me how this page scrolls for you and if it’s really slow on your computer?

Any suggestions for how to improve it are greatly appreciated. Remove all .png graphics and use .jpegs?

Will that really help though?

Keep in mind it’s not the load time, it’s the performance of the website (slow scrolling)

It doesn’t particularly scroll; slow so much as has many items and a lot of length to the page. However, the scripts do seriously slowdown the initial load time.
