If this is wrong what could be the issue. We have done lot of work on SEO but still not seeing results as expected. I appreciate if there is any validation tool that can be used to validate our site’s SEO.
I did a quick Google search for your domain, with and without the www., and the site comes up first in the results, so I’m not sure I understand your problem. I did, however, notice that Web of Trust is a bit dubious about your site, so perhaps you’ve been trying too hard with your SEO attempts? If Google thinks you’re trying to manipulate results, you may find your site penalised.
Yes, I see that but I’m expecting other pages should be displayed as well. For example if my site has sitename dot com/shops, shops page should be displayed too.
If you search for any term, Google will try to return the most relevant results. Searching for domain.com suggests you want information about domain.com, so as well as the home page, it returns results from other sites giving details about your site. Also, as far as I can see, the phrase domain.com only appears once on your page, in the title. So if Google is looking for information aboutdomain.com, it will prioritise other sites where that phrase appears within the text of the page.
If you simply want to check which pages Google has listed, then you should use site:domain.com as your search term, rather than domain.com.
