I tried renaming theme & plugin folder but no use can you help

What exactly is the problem here? You have provided very little information and it is not clear specifically what you are asking help for.

No one here has access to your site’s admin pages, nor should they. (IMHO it’s not even a good idea to let the world know you are using the default named folder)

There are few things you can do to help isolate the problem however.

  • Try switching themes
  • Temporarily disable plugins

I realize the process can get tedious, but if the problem resolves itself after switching themes, you can contact the theme author for support.

If the problem resolves itself after disabling plugins, (most likely you have more than one installed and enabled). it then becomes an issue of reenabling them one by one and seeing if the problem returns. If it does you can stop using that particular plugin.

Thanks for the tips but I ALREADY tried renaming theme & plugin folder but no use EVEN DISABLING plugin doesnt work

also header Screen Options isnt working so how can i fix it
