I’m searching for forum advertising program for my company. I need forums that could offer advertisement space for my company’s products. Of course, my company will pay for it as return. My company’s products are video converters, so I need forums that are video and DVD software related. Any idea? Thanks in advance.

Sounds to me like you want a popunder , pop over ad program. There are quite a few good ones which will serve your needs, these would convert best in my opinion.
You can also try to search for advertising networks, some of them allow to choose sites where of your topic where you would like to advertise. You will be abe to offer some price for advertising.
You can speak to any forum ( contacting them ) to place a banner of your site. This way you will achieve what you want.
