Can anyone recommend a low/no cost S/FTP client for use on a Mac? I’m just doing general file up/download from a web host, so I don’t necessarily need anything too clever. I’ve always used FileZilla on Windows previously, but that may not be the best option on OSX.

I have used the paid one ‘Transmit’ a few years ago and no complaints, it has quite a good UI.
These days I just use SSH and scp or rsync. I find rsync to be sooo much more efficient than FTP clients when transferring a lot of files.

GIT is maybe the industry standard and can handle simple and very complicated file handling, sharing, etc.
