You’re probably posting this in the wrong forum. Internet Marketing is more about marketing strategies rather than code to execute those strategies.
I would suggest asking the same question over in PHP. Off the top of my head, I can’t think of any scripts that would handle this for you but that doesn’t mean they don’t exist. Something custom would probably only take a few hours and may be your best way to go.
