if are developing site for e-commerce using woocommerce, you need to buy theme for woocommerce as woocommerce is just the plugin for wordpress, woocommerce theme is based on wordpress template hierarchy
To be a bit clearer, make sure that the theme you are purchasing is marked as WooCommerce ready.
