Php folder path problem from environment variables

I followed sams tutorial about installing zend and after php installation everything went wrong. In his tut he could check if php exists with any path on command prompt for ex c:\my documents php -v. For me that didn’t work. I had to have the folder path to get an answer that php is installed: c:\devbox\php php -v.
Sam told me that I forgot to put the php path in the environment variables, but i have it there, so can someone tell me where is the problem?

Hi,

Could you post your current path settings here please?
