Need your opinion: is this site worth $7200 or not?

Hi,I am not newbie in those things, but for first time I am not sure what to do ?!

For years I am buying sites, and making some great deals (on various forums) and mostly of those sites are websites, that other are not interested in very much, and owner is not very experienced to put features in first plan:) Most of sites are adSense based, so in most cases just need strong evidence about real site adSense earnings history in past 12-18 months and nothing more. If they are not monetized than just strong evidence that stats and keywords are not tweaked.

Yesterday found thread (another forum) where webmaster ask for help because have problems with making money with his great service based site. I contacted him, and he gave me $7.200 bin price, what sounds fine, because I think that I see something that he can’t (on his site:) )
But, I am not 100% sure, so if somebody want to help and have 30 minutes to take a look, drop me a message.
I mean on people who are living from site buying or selling, I’ll give you all data, and would like to hear what you think, is it worth of that money or not.

Well you didn’t mention the URL of the website, so I have no idea…

Just post it, and maybe you’ll get some helpful answers. Don’t make people jump through hoops to give you free advice

Presumably MonitorMaster has read the forum FAQs/Rules and realises that we do not allow that kind of appraisal on the forums. That would explain why he quite rightly didn’t post the URL.

In this world the value of anything is what someone is willing to pay for it.
Anything else is simply OPINION.

If I see a nice offer, I usually multiply the monthly revenue the site currently generates, times 12 (as the months in a year).
If that’s pretty much the offer, and I can earn it back within a year, it should be just fine.

Great answer, and I whole-heartedly agree with this tactic. However, I also like to look at the content, the member interaction/visitor interaction, etc to see if there is a community to keep the site growing. Growth potential is a big factor.

Dependent on the amount of growth they had in the last X months, I may make a slightly less offer than the Monthly Revenue * 12, or I may go above if the site is doing well and is consistently growing.
