Need help on Google My Business Instant Verification

In Google My Business Help page, it states "
You may be instantly verified to manage your business if you’ve already verified your business’s website with Google Search Console.

Make sure that you’re signed in to Google My Business with the same account you used to verify your site with Search Console. Note that some business categories may not be eligible for instant verification."

I have already verified my website with Google Search Console, but everytime when I tried to verify my business for GMB, there is no instant verification option shown. It only allows verification by post. Can anyone advise? Thanks in advance.

Perhaps your problem lies with this line?

I can’t see anything which gives more details about eligible or ineligible categories, which is less than helpful.

It looks as if you’ll just need to use the postal method.

This is the only form of verification allowed for you. I recently had to do this for my business. They’ll send you a letter with a unique code (to your business address), and you can activate it from there.

Same case happens with our company and we don’t even get a code from post. So, we mail to support and from support, someone approve our business by completing his verification process. Try to contact their support mail. Response will not be instant but you will get a proper response for sure.
