I’m starting a new facebook group called tech talk and internet marketing for artists. I wonder if anyone here would be interested in joining this group for the purpose of offering tips and you can direct here to this site. My artist friends, many of them, are not real experienced in technology, so I hope to get people more interested in all of this. What sort of Internet Marketing are you discussing? Social Media/Blogging/Micro-blogging/Web Presence/etc? Or all of the above?
I’m pretty experienced in the use of most of these things, but my real speciality is writing content that people actually want to read.
If you could use a copywriter’s/content writer’s opinions in the group then I’m happy to join :).
I find a lot of people, especially artists, have a very narrow skill range, which makes them awesome at what they do, but a little… blind… to everything else, writing is usually one of those things!
I’m sure I could help out a few people. If it’s permitted I’m happy to also offer my professional services as a writer.
