Long File Names with Underscores?

Is it a problem to have multi-worded Filename separated by underscores?

For example…


create_account.php

create_account_results.php

Questions:
1.) Will this cause any issues with PHP?

2.) Will this look strange and awkward to Users looking at the URL?!

3.) Will this impact SEO?

There wont be any issue with the php and dont really look awkward.
However, this sometime will impact the SEO.
(Go search google, you’ll find some results are suggested because of it’s url.)
That’s also the reason why CMS like wordpress needs to provide the changeability for permalink structure.
