Hello, Google just updated PR, you must know. great; I have 12 more websites and all was well position with targeted keywords with google PR, where as I just check today I had lost PR 2 to 1 for couple of websites? how ever I’m doing as same for all websites equal (link building or optimization strategy). So what what’s the issue and how I can revert??
It could be the people you’re ranking with did a little better, or gotten more backlinks. Page Rank has a cap of 10, so if 90% of sites have a rank of 10, ranking will mean nothing. So if you had 5 back links originally and you only gained 1, however your competitor had 3 but gained 20, then your value will go down. 23 is better than 6.
yes i agree with him be strong then your competitior then you get high page rank.
Well all i can say about last Google PR change is that my site got PR5. Although competition is very high and it is very difficult to rank in first 20 results that does not mean it is impossible. It is important how your competition stands but you should focus primarily on your content and on page optimization.
