I’m looking for a decent kickstarter-type script…

Every one I’ve looked at already is unsuitable.

Any body have a tip for a sensible one?

Two options:

1 Something which fully replicates the Kickstarter functions - the ability for people to register and update projects, complete with dynamically-updated ‘x people have contributed $y’.

2 Just the dynamic-updates of ‘x people have contributed $y’ - which can be added to an independent site where someone wants to raise money on their own site without using Kickstarter.

Hi gulliver, I’m from Agriya, could you tell me why the SF Platform software is unsuitable? Does it not have some particular feature you are looking for? Let me know and I can pass your thoughts on to the development team.

From memory, I’m not sure.
On a second look, I’m even more unsure on why I didn’t like it.

The price still seems high though.

If you go to the demo URL add changelog.txt to the end then you should be able to see all the changes made to the script since you last looked at it, loads of clients have given feedback on how to make it better, the adaptive payments caused headaches for a few people who didn’t like it so we made that optional now. If you get in touch with the sales team they might be flexible on the price and also give you some live site examples.
