Then I disabled AdBlock Plus and it did show up …

tried clearing cache,even closing reopening browser after clearing cache, two separate computers.
image doesn’t load and shows up as a broken link in Web Developer/Images/Find Broken Images tool
image is part of an include, but I can’t see anything wrong with the code
