How to transfer a data?

hello Ppls,
I am really new in word press, well i have made a website in wordpress on my own domain. www.ark2k.com/ark
now i want to shift all the data to the apache server of my office pc.

Could you please provide me a guide link.
will appreciate your help.

There’s basically two steps:

  1. Copy the files
  2. Copy the data

I’m going to assume you know how to copy the files and concentrate on copying the data.

In your WordPress admin, there’s a function to export, under “Tools” in the menu.

After you’ve exported your data, you can re-import on the new installation.
