First is time, expertise on atopic, passion for the topic, Writing skills, Technical Knowledge, Blogging Knowledge, Web Design Skills etc.

And what about honesty, Truth and Fact.
Always share fact and truth, be honest with your readers.
Someone is pretty unfamiliar with this Forum.
We should be in clear thought, what our blog is gonna represent. One should passion on that topic.
