I just got my website completed.
I wanted to add a blog to my site.
How can I accomplish that?

Assuming you want it to look like your existing layout.

Install Wordpress(or other blog software) in a sub directory named ‘blog’. Then convert your design into a theme.

Regarding #1 by BPartch, sub directory name can be anything. No need to stay with “blog”
Indeed, name it whatever you want the path to it to be:
yoursite.com/blog
yoursite.com/fish
yoursite.com/whatever
You can also create the subdomain to install wordpress from your control panel. Once you create the subdomain say blog.domain.com, the folder blog get automatically created inside the root folder and you can install WP on the folder. However, you can also access the wordpress using the subdomain as well as http://domain.tld/blog.
Yeah. you can create subdomain for blog and promote your blog as well.
Do you want blog to be a separate part of your existing site, or would you like blog to be integrated into your site, so same user logins and other data are shared?
Download the wordpress blog as it is free adn install it on your site domain, link the blog menu to wordpress link, your blog is ready, You can manage the blog post trhough wordpress admin which has path like wp-admin after your domain.
