How can get more traffic on my blog from search engine?

Hello.
My blog age now 9 months running. But still I think I can not get enough traffic from search engine. Already I submit my blog in different search engine. And now coming 180-200 traffic a day from search engine. Please give me suggestion what can I do to get more traffic from search engine?

Social Bookmarking and Forum Posting gives the highest traffic at my blog.

Keywords are not that important nowadays. Google pays more attention to the theme of a page. Try holding one theme while writing and write for people, not for search engines. It would help more than keywords researching IMO.

Did you, guyz, read the first post in this thread? Topicstarter didn’t ask for traffic from social networking sites. He asked what to do for traffic from Google search. Social networking has nothing to do with Google search.

If your blogs have been around for 9 months and you’re getting roughly 200 visitors per day but looking for more, then you need to write better content. If you have content that’s good enough to impress people, then some of those 200 people will link to it. When some of those 200 people link to it then you’ll be pushed higher in the search results which will generate more traffic to your blog which will increase your links, etc.

Bottom line: give people a reason to come to your website.

I think 200/day from search engine alone is pretty good traffic already. I want to see your blog and check it out myself. Your Alexa must be around 100k.

hi, i have a question.
when i write blogs, i just write and publish. but how can i submit it to search engine?
please help.

Definitely that’s what happened and should be done over and over. If you really want to have a good income coming from your blog, you should have great information enough to push them to click that affiliate link and make money from it.

Usually you don’t need to do that as Search Engine automatically index blogs and websites. If your blog is good and you constantly publish articles then it will be indexed within the day sometimes even in just an hour.

Try pingler.com, it will help index your blog article faster.

I think that search engine spiders come back to your blog when you tell it too, or periodically. So if you are on search engines, your posts will automatically get spidered.

You might also want to get into blog-specific search engines like technorati and other blog search services.

More and instant traffic is possible with Social Bookmarking. Also submit your blog into Blog and RSS directories. These directories will work as automation tools to your updates!

it is good for 200 visitors from search engines and it is in 9 months but if you work hard even more what you done in this 9 months then you will sure get more hits

make some contest and write fresh content

Go linkbuilding and make sure all your pages are properly optimized. 9 months should be enough for tons of content so go and get links to your website to get your ranks higher.
Use web-directories submitting and blogs commenting. And keep writing a lot.
Be patient, success doesn’t come immediately. All the best.

In order for you to get more traffic from organic search from search engine i would suggest that you need to target more keywords using keyword research, then optimize those keywords to rank well on SERPs. I hope it would help.

I have to agree that 200 visitors in that timeframe is pretty good. Want more visitors = Write quality content, preferably everyday if you have the time. That will get you more visitors. And also, good old fashioned article writing can be very effective.

Goodluck

Thanks for the quote but It do have a connection to Google Search.

Social Bookmarking sites also ranks in Google as well as Forum postings too especially if it is related to the site niche. :nono:

Oh, come on! The only way to boost your rankings in SERP is to submit your links to dofollow social bookmarking services. Anyway, I think (just my opinion, no prooflinks :() that it is possible to get some traffic from the social networks but it won’t generate any Google traffic.
Take no offense, please. Probably I’m mistaken and I’ll appreciate if someone points me to the right way.

oh, come on! that’s not the only way

Whatever you did to your blog in the last 9 months you need to do again as far as link building and new content. If you can do the same thing in 3 months then you will see the drastic difference in your search engine traffic.
