Google Analytics only shows the root domain of a referring source so it is unlikely that you can pinpoint a particular page based upon the referral report alone.
You can, however, perform a Google site search on the referring domain for your domain name. For example, "site:carolinetest.com [your URL]
This is what I usually do when I get new referring domains in GA that I’m curious to learn more. Let me know if this trick works for you.
I did a site search as you suggested and nothing came up. When I click on the root domain in GA it takes me to specific page the traffic is coming from, the url I mentioned above. I still cant figure out how it can be referring me traffic if my url is no where to be found on the site/page.
