Referrals from HTTPS site not showing in google analytics

Hello,

We have 2 websites that refer links from one site to the other. Since we made the referring site HTTPS the clicks from the referral site to the second site are not showing up? In real-time they show the page the visitor is on but google analytics does not show the referral site.

Is this because the referring site is now HTTPS?
