Flash image effect

Hi I stumbled across this neat effect and was wondering how would one go about replicating it or something similar. I like the way the images transition between each other and the hover over zoom effect.

Is there any tutorial on how to achieve something like this or close to it?

Use an animated mask to achieve the horizontal sliding transition, and a [URL=“http://code.google.com/p/tweener/”]programmed tween to do the hover zoom.
