Newbe Flash Designer... Questions about tweening graphics and opacity in Flash4 MX

Hi there…

I am designing in Flash MX. I am just thankful to have Flash. So I am looking for some handy advice concerning how to take a slide image say at like 33% in photoshop and slide image at 100% and create a tween that will cause the image to emerge slowly. IS this even possible without create several slides of the image emerging.

I know there are alot of actionscript gurus here… be patient with me I am wanting to know how to do this on the timeline and actionscritp too!

I also have several frames that I have create absolute morphs… what I mean is that I have create a beginning slide and an end slide and I want to create the motion of those graphics using a tween instead of creating millions of tiny frames. So given you guys are like totally awesome at flash what do I do?

Also if you are an animator and have your own site… give me a link I would like to be inspired!

Obviously…you have to make the image into a symbol first.

I’m not sure it work with a image placed directly on stage. You shoud use a MovieClip to store the image and after tween the MC

Hi…

All you need it the image at 100%.

Place the image on the first key frame and the last frame.
On the first frame, resize it to whatever %age that you want.
Apply a motion tween to the frames in between.

Thats it.
