How many tabs are open when you use Firefox? If you have plenty of tabs opened then its understandable to have a high consumption of system resources. I suggest that you invest in adding more RAM because 2GB of RAM is only the min required to run Windows 7 64bit smoothly. I assure you you will notice the difference.
I would say mail them, they will definitely remove the drawbacks…
I have lots of add-ons, but only 54MB of Ram being used at present. FF sometimes gets to nearly 100MB but its ?

Different computers. Different set-ups. Different experiences.
But still Firefox is the most popular browser & most of the internet buddies use it. I have already downloaded the Firefox 4.0 & it’s really awesome. I also use Chrome browser, I have noticed some problems in it like the page crash etc.
So for the time FF is the best…
