Email Marketing list for rent

Folks,
I am looking for email marketing lists targeted towards webmasters to advertise some of our products. I am open for either the list owner sends out a dedicated email for us or add an insert in a regular newsletter. i am aware of iEntry / WebPronews. Anybody else who has a responsive list of 10K+?

If you had any experience let me know.

I know from recent experience that the HotScripts newsletter offers very good rates and targets just the traffic you are looking for.

They obviously won’t send out a dedicated email for you to their list.
