I am ranking 1st position for one keyword phrase which has 1029 impression. even though am in a 1st position I am getting only 129 clicks to my websites .
How to improve CTR for this Keyword phrase ?

An interesting problem. It seems you have done your SEO well to rank well in SERPs and plenty of impressions, but the next step is to get actual people to click on your page.
This is where the Title and Description meta tags come in. Many make the mistake of targeting them to the crawlers by stuffing them with keywords, but in fact they should be made to be enticing to human visitors, as that is what they will likely see in SERPs and on the basis of that decide if that is the page that they are looking for.
So these need to read well, make sense and let the potential visitor know that this is the page they want.
Taking this further, you can add structured data to your pages which can result in the creation of “Rich Cards” which may appear in SERPs and possibly make your pages more appealing to potential visitors.

The webmaster tool is not wrong. The reason of this report is many times the search is not performed by the real peoples. As per your data i think only less then 400 impressions are real, rest are performed by the robots.
