Hi guys, my domain has expired on 16th, and I have extend it to the website that I bought the domain. I bought it from a person not a company, and I think he is a domain reseller. The problem is I got no response from them in 2 days and my domain is left in domain parking.
What should I do? Can I get my domain again? Can I bypass the reseller? Where can I report/dispute them?
I don’t really understand the details of your situation, but you could do a whois and find out who they’re reselling for (whois.domaintools.com). Explain your situation to that company and see what they advise.
Right, you can do a whois and get the name of the Domain Registrar. You can directly contact them and provide any verification docs they might need and have them release the domain.
I wonder if you have access to the domain name managment panel. I suppose you can renew your domain name without your company using their CP. Or that just not working?
Agree with James-A. Contact your domain registrar soon. Prevent your domain before losing it to any one by the registrar.
Do a domain name search and see if you can buy it. If it is parked and expired you could buy it and not need the person you bought it from anymore. You also will get notice before it expires again if you own it.
