I submitted my site http://twistedtime.com to DMOZ about 2 months but it still isn’t showing up in their directory.
I submitted it to this category:

Should I resubmit it? Or submit it to a different category?
Dmoz review and approve website very very slowly. It even can rakes more than 1 year. I have seen many webmasters who have sumitted their websites to Dmoz but they cant see them yet even if their websites are qualified. So dont hurry up

So you made the claim up.
I cant prove it and if I could I wouldnt want him removed I would just want to make sure my sites got listed. Getting someone removed wont help your site getting listed.
Also, if you have an editor with a competing website then forget it!
They are not supposed to have a conflict of interest but there is one editor who has been rumbled on a major forum a while back and he was blocking competitors to his own travel site!
If you can produce evidence that this is the case, then that editor will be removed.
Come up with the goods rather than just repeat unsubstantiated rumors.

At DMOZ it happens all the time, I would just like to know who needs to be looked after.
Interestingly its very hit and miss I have one site that is listed on DMOZ and one that isnt.
However on real estate sites they like terms such as SEARCHABLE DATABASE in the description.
The best thing is to know one of the human editors I am sure thats how a lot of sites get on.
You have to realize that DMOZ is human edited. And unfortunately because of it’s reputation a lot of websites are submitted on a daily basis. SO there is a big backlog. I know of sites that got included 18 months after submission.
It’s all about patience
Care to explain why so many sites get listed in less than 6 months and why so many sites are waiting over a year? Care to explain why most of those sites submitted will never get listed as they do not meet the guidelines for a listing?
It is owned by AOL, but staffed and run by volunteers. As with any volunteer group, there is never enough “staff”. Hoevers, as DMOZ lists 3000 to 6000 nes sites a month, that “understaffed” organisation still manages to be the fastest growing directory on the web.
According to me dmoz takes 6 months to 1 year for listing any website, we have to be patient and wait till they list the website in directory. Else nothing can do.
Yup, Your right dude sometimes it takes 6 months to 1 year approval one submission is enough so don’t try to submit again,…Any ways don’t rely on dmoz their are many directories here in the net that same with DMOZ.
There is nothing you can do. Submit once. Move on. You have done all you can do. Doing anything else (eg resubmitting) will only hurt your chances of a listing.
