Hi I’ve just been asked to design a wordpress site for a property company. Its 3 pages(landing,about,contact). They already have a theme so I would just be customising.
How much should I be looking at quoting for this kind of work?

The qouting, generally speaking, should be based on an estimate of the hours or amount of work you expect for making a child-theme implementing the changes.
Even if there are few pages for now, the custome child-theme should be made to coop if the client could add pages that uses other parts too. So I think a talk through with the client is good to help him decide the customizing details before you can give a specific quote.
