I now use Avira for virus checking and run ccleaner sometimes
If it is not a virus and it happens when you use any program after a while, and assuming that it is the same computer, could be a hardware problem. Not the keyboard but maybe the motherboard.
You tried with different keyboards so you might have tried also different connections (PS2, USB…)
If all of them USB, I assume that you’ve tried different USB ports
