How can i use this template for my website - just need simple html site…

I want to use for my website but it is in php format and want to convert into html so i can change the context but want to stay with the same style of template.

Any software by using that i can do that.

It seems that the template you want to use is for Joomla, so if you want to use it you have to install Joomla first.
