Is there any tools that checks a full website for links instead of 1 page?
Use Xenu Link which is a free tool. You can use domain name and check all inner pages for dead links

A quick search on SourceForge for “broken link checker” brought up this at the top of the list. If you don’t like the look of it, you can run the same search yourself - there were 62 results. The one I use is only available for Linux.
Brokenlinkcheck.com tool is used to check and analysis the broken links,these can be found with the help of validator.w3.org too,when u enter your url it will display the html and broken link error.
