CDN and Cloud Hosting Conundrum

I would be grateful to know the best way to my configure my hosting.

  • I have a fast virtual private server located in San Francisco
  • Most web pages are cached using Apache which bypasses the Php Framework
  • DNS linked to a free cloud hosting service

I have recently started using AmpHtml web pages with free CDN. Only about half the web pages currently converted and still lots more require manual editing.

How to optimise for a global audience?

It seems as though the free cloud hosting is a slight bottleneck and not required if Google has the pages globally cached.
