oLark seems like a great alternative.
I’ve used Ajax PHP / .txt and .sql combos in the past with varying result. You can find free code, but its all been buggy at times, and has no integration options like oLark

You want to try boldchat. They may be offering free services.
Thanks for the tips, everyone! I’ve downloaded Volusion but I think I’ll switch to LiveZilla. But here’s another one (hopefully I’ll get just as good a response on this question!):
Does anyone know of a free email software? I need an email program for creating promotional emails for customers - of course it should have HTML capabilities and such. Does anyone know of any free? Or at least cheap ones?
